‘Biefstuk op de keistenen’

Our sous-chef Thomas is Belgian and has created a special dish for the Ronde van Vlaanderen. We like it so much it's on the menu for the month.

Enjoy a large bavet steak presented 'op de keistenen'- on warm Belgian cobbles.

The cycling theme continues with a cotton casquette stuffed full with triple cooked chips. The dish is garnished with greens and washed down with a bidon of refreshing LMNH lager.

Available every Sunday in April from 11.45am.

Please note, the kitchen will need 30 minutes notice for this dish to heat the stones and lay your pavé plate.
