Panel: Letting Ourselves Go

Older women are an invisible generation in cycling, yet many of us are out there leading active and diverse cycling lives - with no intention of slowing down or taking it easy.

From road racers and mountain bikers to the rise of e-bikers, it's time to ditch the tired stereotypes and celebrate everyone who cycles. On Thursday 5th April, we hosted a panel showcasing older women who cycle and how cycling enhances their lives, careers, well-being, alongside discussing barriers to participation and, of course, how to get more women on bikes.
