The Plant Powered Panel

In the spirit of Veganuary, vegan cyclist & sports presenter Laura Winter brought together a range of like minded pro cyclists, long distance riders and sports nutritionists to discuss plant based power at 49 Old St. on Tuesday 22nd January 2019.

Quite a few people try out veganuary in January, a campaign to encourage more people to try a vegan lifestyle in the new year. This night was inspired by this campaign, aiming to provide more information, tips, and advice for anyone wanted to find out more about a vegan lifestyle,
