Train like a woman: How to adapt your cycling training to your hormones

In celebration of International Women's Day, Level 3 cycle coach and experienced bike racer and long distance rider Jasmijn Muller presented her talk about ‘How to train like a woman' on Monday 9th March at 49 Old Street. EC1V 9HX

As Dr. Stacy Sims’ says, "women are not small men”.

We learnt how to adapt our training for optimal performance through the various stages of the menstrual cycle. How different anti-conception methods impact your training and performance. Plus some 'bio-hacks' for working with your female physiology.

Book Jasmijn to talk at your bike shop / cafe / event!

We’d like to thank everyone that came to join us on the evening and Jasmijn for her insightful and informative talk.

“I’ll ride my bike for 7400km from Norway to Spain for Cancer Research UK because there's a 'can' in cancer; we can beat it, one day”
