Charlie Kelly is the co-founder of the MountainBikes company with Gary Fisher, organizer of the Repack races, and chronicler of the sport. Joe Breeze is a bicycle framebuilder, designer and advocate from Marin County, California. Joe Breeze, along with other pioneers including Gary Fisher, Charlie Kelly, and Tom Ritchey, are known for their central role in developing the mountain bike.
