Quick Brown Foxes is a podcast hosted by American advocate / bike racer, Ayesha McGowan, that seeks to answer the question "How to get women of colour into bikes?" by asking women of colour, how they got into bikes.
"I have always believed that people of colour should be given the opportunity to tell their own stories as there is a rich community of folks from all sorts of backgrounds." - Ayesha
Join us for a live episode that will dive into the full story of how Jools got on a bike, and all the places it took her.
Jools Walker is a blogger, presenter and soon-to-be published author. Her blog VeloCityGirl (which was nominated for a Cosmopolitan Award in 2012) focuses on different aspects of cycling, including cycle-style, her own adventures on two wheels, and how to widen participation in the activity. Please note we'll have copies of the book available for sale after the podcast!
