It is time for the fourth stage of the Vuelta.
"...The race leaves Malaga and heads for Cadiz, the setting of the official departure of last year's edition. The finish-line will be located in Vejer de la Frontera. The stage will be practically linear the whole way through; the only difficulty will arrive precisely when the peloton is nearing the end. It will be a day of possible adventures, although the wind may become a decisive ally for the final outcome."
