Would you like to go on your own independent adventure with your bike? If you have ever considered such a challenge - do you think - how would I actually prepare for something like this?
Emily Chappell from the Adventure Syndicate will take you through everything you need to tackle such a challenge - training, nutrition, bike set-up, mental strength, day-to-day logistics. Emily Chappell is an author, and long-distance cyclist, whose adventures include crossing Asia by bike, cycling through the Alaskan and Canadian winters and winning the 4,000km Transcontinental race across Europe.
This event is the ideal opportunity to learn from someone who has planned out numerous adventures and taken on long-distance challenges with great success. There will also be the opportunity to ask Emily and the Adventure Syndicate guests any questions you have to help you feel ready and confident to take on the challenge ahead.

All profits from the evening will be donated to Women vs Cancer, who, through Cycling Challenges, such as Ride The Night, End to End, Vietnam to Cambodia, support three women's specific cancer charities; Breast Cancer Care, Ovarian Cancer Action and Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust. These rides are aimed at normal women doing amazing things.
Katie Kingham is taking part in a Women Vs Cancer challenge this year, cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End over 12 days. She is funding the cost of the trip herself so all funds that she raises will go directly to the charity.
