Join Rosemary for a 1 ½ yoga workshop to build strength, flexibility and help you adapt your cycling to avoid common injuries. Focusing on yoga poses which develop strength in areas you’ll need it, stretch to release tightness that cyclists hold, and help you to think about your posture and alignment into the future.
You’ll leave more aware, safer and with some poses that you can practice at home and on the bike.
