Look Mum No Hands!

New year, new menu

This January we’re trying something a little different with an all veggie menu at 49 Old St.

We've always made a point of having a good section of our menu devoted to vegetarian and vegan options. This January we decided to step it up and challenged our head chef to produce an entirely meat-free menu.

We are proud to present a load of brand new dishes which tick all our usual boxes: tasty, generous and satisfying.

Our new menu will run at 49 Old St. for the whole of January and we'll be seeking as much feedback from our customers as we can get. Please come to try it out and let us know what you think! Fill out a feedback form in the cafe, tweet and email us. Even the greediest of carnivores will admit that eating more plants and less meat is a good idea, we thought we'd kick off 2018 by making a change.

Take a look at our new Breakfast and Lunch menu.

Panel: Letting Ourselves Go

Older women are an invisible generation in cycling, yet many of us are out there leading active and diverse cycling lives - with no intention of slowing down or taking it easy.
