One of the great things about London's cyclists is the sheer range of bicycles you see on the road. Chances are if it's got two wheels (sometimes three...) someone is riding it to work.
Our team of mechanics have a huge wealth of experience and between us we can do it all. Road bikes, Bromptons, cargo bikes, MTBs, hybrids, Dutch bikes and 'cross bikes. From wheel building, electronic gear systems, hydraulic brakes, suspension, belt drives and tubeless tyres, we've got it covered. We are focussed on high quality work, fast turnarounds and excellent communication.
Meet the team!
Sam founded the Lmnh workshop in 2010. Before that he spent 15 years as a mechanic beginning at Action Bikes before moving on to work at Cyclefit in Covent Garden and Sigma Sport in Kingston.
Specialist skillz: Sam's built a few wheels in his time. He also enjoys a Di2 troubleshooting session and can often be found off his tits on tub glue.
How many bikes do you own and which is your favourite: Er, lots. The favourite depends on my mood but my mood but it's either the Donhou custom, or the 12 year old Seven Axiom.
Biscuit of choice: TUNNOCKS.
Dave has been here so long we even named a burger after him. Dave can do it all, you break it, he'll fix it. He's Lmnh's problem solver and is happiest with a Dremel in one hand and some Araldite in the other.
How many bikes do you own and which is your favourite: 14 bikes... my favourite has to be my BMX BSD Raider.
Favourite tool: Crank Extractor
Biscuit of choice: Chocolate hobnob!!
Keith has a long history with road bikes and his time as a Pro mechanic means he's seen it all before. If you need your bike prepped for your big event Keith is your man. He's previously worked for One Pro Cycling, Sigma Sports, Pretorius Bikes, Wiggle & Cycle Works.
Specialist skillz: Road bikes, anything set up for a Belgium Classic.
How many bikes do you own and which is your favourite: 5 bikes. My favourite is my Colnago C59 because it's a nice classic Italian.
Mariusz AKA @mariothedestroyer Zuchowski
Mario has just joined us from Soho Bikes, bringing a large chunck of his workshop with him. He's your man for all things MTB. "I've been a mechanic for 18 years and counting. The last few years I’ve spent working in SohoBikes, apart from that I did some work for big chains and really tiny shops too. We all have get to get experience somewhere."
How many bikes do you own and which is your favourite: There is about 14 bikes or so in my possession, but my favourite are Trek Ticket, Brother Big Bro and Pinarello Dogma DA Di2.
Favourite tool: Wheels Manufacturing - bearing press / Just so smooth every time!
Specialist skillz: Wheel building, suspension servicing, fitting @invisiframe, looking after MTBikes and drinking Stella JSam
Celebrity clients: Rob Warner, Brendon Hartley, Natacsha McElhone, John Hannah, Jason Bradbury, Gareth Thomas and to a degree David Beckham, he rode a bike I’ve built. Plus I've drunk beer with MTB legends like: Chris King, Troy Lee, Rob Warner, Steve Peat, Josh Bryceland, Greg Minnaar, Brendan Fairclough, Olly Wilkins, Josh Lewis.
Biscuit of choice: Beer ;-)

Where have I worked....
Everywhere. I've been a mechanic for 14 years, big chains, small shops, big independents, teams, touring, mobile events, teaching.
What else do I do....
Occasionally I get out and do some mountain biking but my main thing is custom paint and refinishing. I started 2 years ago painting under the name @quinntessentialcolours but as of a year ago I'm also the apprentice for one of the best (I'm being modest) refinishing companies in the UK.
How may bikes.....
I had to have a purge 2 years ago so I'm down to 8. My favourite is my "Campagnobro" fixy because I love how flowy and solid it rides, it's also the first bike I painted myself so I get a little emotional when it's glistening in the sun.
My dream bike is an Evil Undead 2015. I don't own one yet but with positive thinking and a balaclava it shouldn't be long.
Pillar drill. Every bike shop should have one.
Haha! Admin. I'm the new guy and the other mechanics have already covered the necessaries so I'm developing surgical admin skills.
